hgvg Terms & Conditions

Welcome to hgvg. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services, products, and activities on the hgvg platform ("Platform"). When you open an account, log in, or use any service on hgvg, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document in full. If any part is unclear, contact our support team.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform's services.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on hgvg:

2.1 One Account Only

Each user may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same person's name will result in suspension of those accounts, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms. hgvg may request official documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account details fully confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account details have been stolen or accessed without authorization, notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or giving your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed.

• Use your real name and mobile number when registering.
• Choose a strong password and change it regularly.
• Report any unusual activity on your account immediately.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on hgvg: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. Any attempt to deposit less than this amount will result in a failed transaction.

4.2 Deposit from Your Own Account

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact the support team with your transaction receipt, date, and time.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

hgvg offers players attractive bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following policies apply to all bonuses:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳16,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.3 VIP Cashback

hgvg's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; and Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Staying regularly active allows you to move up to higher tiers.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities, or fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, hgvg reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus may have a specific validity period. If wagering is not completed within the set timeframe, the bonus funds will be considered void and will no longer be withdrawable.

hgvg may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

8.1 Violation of Terms

Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate account suspension.

8.2 False Information

If false information is provided during registration or verification and is subsequently proven, the account will be closed.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their account on their own initiative may contact the support team. It is advisable to withdraw all outstanding funds before closing the account.

8.4 Appeal Process

If you wish to dispute an account suspension, contact us at [email protected]. Our team will review the matter and take appropriate action.

hgvg always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

10.1 Technical Disruptions

hgvg will not be held responsible for temporary service disruptions due to internet connection loss, server maintenance, or other technical reasons.

10.2 Third-Party Software

hgvg is not directly responsible for technical errors in games operated by game providers (such as third parties like Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). However, we will assist as much as possible in such cases.

10.3 Gaming Losses

hgvg is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gaming. All gaming decisions should be made at the user's own discretion.

hgvg reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For important changes, users will be notified in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
